Walk thru Krakow

Raining all day but spirits not dampened

This is the archbishop residence and from this window JP II used to hold impromptu audiences with a crowd of a thousand who gathered across the street

City square, one of the largest in Europe

Bell tower

No photos allowed inside castle it church so you will have to search Internet. But the courtyard had something that reminded us of home

we did climb the stairs to the St Sugismund bell. Touch the clapper to have one dream come true

Tall tower (outside and inside view)

Thur morning began with a 4 hr bus ride

and a walk

To reach Wawel castle in Kraków

Before tackling it some lunch seemed in order
